Abstract

In this interview, Dr Romina Istratii discusses how young professionals working in international development and students who are currently exploring a career in the sector could navigate the current pandemic times in reference to her own struggles in following a decolonial career path. Dr Istratii also speaks about the effects of the pandemic on the sector and students of different socio-economic backgrounds and shares her thoughts on how the current pandemic might shift Global North-South dynamics to subvert epistemological and material inequalities in international development.
