يعالج يائير فالاخ في مقالته هذه، مسألة رايات موسم النبي موسى واختفائها، كجزء من دراسة للمشهد النصِّيّ العربي والعبري في القدس خلال الفترة 1858 1948 ، والاعتبارات التي دفعت سلطات الانتداب البريطاني إلى صناعة المشهد الفلسطيني عبر الكتابة والنصوص، كآلية لتحقيق أهدافها السياسية.
