Abstract

In this episode, Rosemary Hack chats to Dr Romina Istratii who is UKRI Future Leaders Fellow at the School of History, Religions and Philosophies at SOAS University of London. They chat about Romina’s UKRI-funded project “Bridging religious studies, gender & development and public health to address domestic violence: A novel approach for Ethiopia, Eritrea and the UK” as well as migrant women and communities responding to domestic violence and understanding and challenging our cultural biases. ‘Humility and self-awareness is the solution to arrogance’
