Abstract
The book formed the basis of a film for Channel Four and a PBS Nova documentary, and was in addition the basis for a 20-minute section on CBS 60 Minutes and two 45-minute Radio Four documentaries. Dutch translation: De Verdwenen Stad: Uitgeverij Bigot & Van Rossum Bv Baarn, 1993
